Resource Guide
In order to meet the needs of the people in our community with low vision, Eye to Eye began compilation of a resource guide where useful information could be had in one location (first published in 2005).
The second edition expanded and was published in 2008. The guides’ goal is to help the local community members impacted by low vision. The guide offers many sources of products and documentation inclusive of local and national providers of information and services to empower people with independence, dignity, and productivity.
Some highlights include info related to reading material, insurance, low vision centers, rehab agencies, public health agencies. This publication is available free of charge (made possible through funding from Marion Community Foundation and The Lions Club) to members and doctor’s offices as well.
